What daxosmove.com collects when you visit it, fill in a form or place an order — and what it measures while you are here. Written to be read. The data your trucks and trailers produce once you are a customer is covered separately, in section 7.
daXos LLC · Greensboro, North Carolina · version move-privacy-2026.10b, effective 12 October 2026
1 · Who this covers
This page is about daxosmove.com, the website, run by daXos LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company based in Greensboro. Write to info@daxosdigit.com about anything on it.
daXos runs other sites. daxosdigit.com has its own privacy page, and the two are not identical — that site carries no analytics and no advertising tags, and this one does. What follows is true of this site.
2 · What you send us
Nothing on this site asks you to create an account, and there is no password to keep. You reach us in two ways, and both are things you choose to type:
- The contact form on the Questions page: your name, company, work email, phone if you give it, where you are based, how many box trucks and trailers you run, and your message. It goes to the daXos CRM so a person can answer you.
- The order form: your company, name, work email, phone if you give it, and the billing address for the subscription, together with the packages you chose and the moment you accepted the Sales Terms. It goes to Stripe to open the payment, and to the daXos CRM so the order can be fulfilled.
We use this to reply to you, to set up and bill the subscription, and to keep the record of what was agreed. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
3 · Cookies and measurement — what this site actually does
This site runs Google Analytics and a Google Ads tag, and they set cookies. We say so plainly because it is the kind of thing a privacy page usually buries.
Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages movers read, how they arrived, and whether they got as far as an order. It sets cookies in your browser named _ga and _ga_<id>, which hold a random identifier, not your name.
The Google Ads tag tells us which advertisement or search brought someone who then asked for a quote or placed an order. It sets cookies beginning _gcl_, and it reads the click identifier Google appends to an advertisement link.
Three things are measured as events: sending the contact form, starting a checkout, and completing a paid order, the last with the value of the order. The event records that an order happened and what it was worth. It does not carry your name, your email or your address.
What daXos does not do: we do not follow you around other websites, we do not buy data about you from anyone, we do not record your screen or your keystrokes, and we do not try to identify you by fingerprinting your device.
Google is an independent controller of what it collects through these tags and uses it under its own privacy policy. If you would rather not be measured, you can refuse cookies in your browser settings, install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, or turn off ad personalisation in your Google account. The site works the same either way.
4 · Paying
Card details are never typed on this site and never reach daXos. The order form hands you to Stripe's own payment page. Stripe takes the card, charges it and tells us that it worked. Stripe is our payment processor and handles card data under its privacy policy; daXos sees the last four digits and the outcome, nothing more.
5 · Other companies this site touches
- Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, including the IP address a request came from.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces. Your browser fetches them from Google, which means Google sees your IP address when a page loads.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads, as described in section 3.
- Stripe, when you pay, as described in section 4.
6 · What your own browser keeps
Some things stay on your machine and are never sent to us. The packages you put in the cart are kept in your browser so the order page can remember them, and a short note is kept between the order form and the confirmation page so the sale can be counted once. Clearing your site data removes them.
7 · The data your fleet produces is a different matter
Everything above is about the website. The measurements your loggers and sensors produce once you subscribe — position, trips, road events, temperature, door openings — are governed by the daXos Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of the daXos Move Sales Terms. There, daXos is your processor: the data is yours, it is exportable at any time, raw measurements are deleted after three months, and everything goes when you leave.
Location data tied to a truck or a driver is personal data in most regimes. Telling your drivers and staff that your vehicles are tracked, and getting whatever notice or consent the law requires of you as their employer, is your responsibility, not ours.
8 · How long we keep what is on this page
- An enquiry from the contact form: kept while we are in touch and for two years after the last contact, so we know what was already discussed.
- Order and billing records: kept as long as the law requires us to keep business records, which is longer than the subscription.
- Analytics: Google holds event data for the retention window set on the property, currently fourteen months. The reports we read are counts, not people.
9 · Your choices
Write to info@daxosdigit.com and ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. We answer within thirty days. If you are in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with its own privacy statute, those rights are yours by law and this is how you use them; daXos does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined there.
daXos Move sells to businesses in the United States. We do not offer the service to consumers, and we do not knowingly collect anything from children.
10 · When this changes
If we add or remove something that measures you, this page changes with it and the version at the top changes too. A material change is dated, and the version in force when you ordered is the one that applied to your order.
